As for me I became a certified Qi gong instructor and Reiki Practitioner and will be certified as an access energetic face-lift practitioner within days. 2020 hasn't been easy for any of us, but i always said there were going to be gifts that would come from this, as you can see whilst in lock down we all got busy bettering ourselves to offer more, and better services to you. It is the grandmother of Tai chi and is ideal for those who have not been well or who wish to return to a form of healthy exercise with out injuring themselves. Qi gong is a form of moving meditation so is ideal to finish the working week to soothe away your stress and restore harmony and energy ready for your weekend.
