24.01.2022 Our livers work to detoxify the blood, break down hormones, they store essential vitamins, minerals and iron and produces bile for digestion of lipids. When our liver function is optimal we can digest food well especially fats. Supporting the liver is key for detoxification, good digestion especially when I'm when working with clients who are suffering from gut dysbiosis. Ways we can support our liver include -... - kinesiology balancing on the liver - waking up to warm lemon and plenty of water - eating bitter foods like leafy greens and cruciferous veg like broccoli and cabbage etc - high antioxidant rich foods like blueberries - high quality protein sources - drinking raw vegetable juices - liquorice and dandelion tea - balance your emotion - good sleep routine -removing toxins from our diet and personal care products See more

23.01.2022 Oxford University was recently involved in research into Muscle Response Testing, the primary tool of any Kinesiologist. When doctoral student Anne M Jensen fir...st presented the results of her study on muscle response testing, the results were so impressive that the university staff didn't believe them and made her repeat the study to replicate the results. This she did. The sceptical faces were now interested. The results of this unknown testing format surprised everyone... by being a whole lot more reliable than they ever imagined. Having successfully completed her doctorate, Dr Jensen chose to have her research paper published open source and so the full study is now available online: https://bmccomplementalternmed.biomedcentral.com//s12906-0 We are incredibly grateful to her for the research, for her commitment to sharing her knowledge, and the validity that she offers to everyone that uses muscle response testing as a tool to get to the truth fast and accurately. Dr Anne Jensen has presented her results at the last Kinesiology Federation Conference and Kate North has summarised them in another great video, thank you Kate!

19.01.2022 The seven main principles of health are - fresh air good relationships water exercise ... passion whole foods sunshine Over 95% of chronic diseases are caused by poor food choices and toxic ingredients, toxic relationships, nutritional deficiencies, lack of breathing in fresh air and physical exercise.

19.01.2022 Your diet is not only what you eat, it’s all the things you consume including what you listen to, watch, read and who you hang out with, therefore, it’s important to make sure that the bulk of what you’re consuming is good for your body emotionally, spiritually, and physically. If the people you’re around are negative, gossipy, or unmotivated, you’re taking in a bit of that vibe when you’re with them. That’s not to say you will take on those attributes, but it’s much more beneficial to be around people who make you feel good. I’m not saying that you have to cut everyone out that has those attributes, but it might be good to limit them in your diet. It’s amazing the difference it can make to be picky about what you consume in any capacity. The better it is for you, the better you’ll feel!

16.01.2022 I’m very passionate about kinesiology and how much it can help people to thrive. I basically work on releasing the stress stored in your subconscious his muscle biofeedback which In turn improves your health and vitality bringing your body to its optimum state of wellness.

Its never to late to go out of your comfort zone and reach your goals it’s just takes moving out and taking the first step and things fall into place, don’t let age stop you! You are more capable than you can imagine, the first semester learning kinesiology and acupressure stuff was the hardest few months of learning in my life - I didn’t think I’d ever be able to make it to the end of the course, but you do, you just have to keep going however hard it may seem! Go out and achieve them goals peeps! X

13.01.2022 Did you know that each tooth is connected to an organ in the body? We also hold deep and old issues in our teeth which can cause issues! As a kinesiologist I can balance the the teeth, help with teething issues in children. Metaphysically teeth can represent - chewing things over, biting off more than you can chew and assimilation of major issues.... If you’ve a tooth giving you trouble check out which organ needs to be strengthened to improve your health

11.01.2022 Why not have a balance in the comfort of your own home! In person or via a distant healing balance. I’ve had a lot of success treating people at a distance for sciatica, anxiety, menopause symptoms and thyroid issues to name a few * A call out fee will be an extra charge on top of the balance

09.01.2022 Kinesiology is derived from the word kinetic - (moving energy) as a kinesiologist I identify stresses and imbalances in the body to enhance and strengthen the bodys natural healing ability and bringing it back to homeostasis. I do this through muscle biofeedback so the body tells me what it wants and facilitates it’s own healing. What makes kinesiology impressive is that the healing from it is very subtle, but its effect is profound. After a kinesiology session, most people feel extremely confident, happy and calm. They feel like the burdens they carry (emotional and mental), have been lifted off their mind and they feel the stresses just melting away.

08.01.2022 When asked to reveal her beauty secrets, Audrey Hepburn wrote this beautiful text that was later read at her funeral: To have attractive lips, speak kind wor...ds. To have a loving look, look for the good side of people. To look skinny, share your food with the hungry. To have beautiful hair, let a child cross it with his own fingers once a day. To have a beautiful poise, walk knowing you're never alone, because those who love and loved you accompany you. People, even more than objects, need to be fixed, spoiled, awakened, wanted and saved: never give up on anyone. Remember, if you ever need a hand, you'll find them at the end of both your arms. When you become old, you will discover that you have two hands, one to help yourself, the second to help others. The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, in her face or in her way of fixing her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the door open to her heart, the source of her love. The beauty of a woman doesn't lie in her makeup, but the true beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It is the tenderness that gives love, the passion that it expresses. The beauty of a woman grows over the years

05.01.2022 Being honest: how often are you on your phone whilst eating? My guess is most of you are eating right now... right? I know it’s hard with the busy life we live in and the go-go-go culture plus with the 24/7 digital availability that we all get roped into, and you have bad habits embedded in us right there But do you know how much it can effect your health when you aren’t PRESENT whilst your eating? Especially if you have gut-health & digestive issues The ...breakdown of our food starts with our brain The brain sends signals to the mouth to produce saliva and therefore produce enzymes to help breakdown food so the body can absorb correctly so it’s not just a process that starts when food hits our stomach. A lot of us miss out on chewing food properly and being conscious while munching on food because we’re floating around in a digital universe & not concentrating on our plate ... this means less saliva and enzyme production which in turn goes toward causing inflammation in the gut and more issues thereafter So putting your phone down and being present with your food is one little step which can help your body to digest better & it will also help you to notice when you’re actually full and should stop eating.

03.01.2022 Food for thought..

01.01.2022 Our immune system responds to positivity and is compromised by fear and stress. The body's stress-response system should be self-limiting. Once the perceived threat has passed, adrenaline and cortisol levels drop, the heart rate and blood pressure return to baseline levels, and other systems resume their regular activities. However, when stressors and 'feeling under attack' remain constant, the fight-or-flight reaction stays turned on, over-exposing the body to cortisol a...nd other stress hormones. The cells of the immune system (and other body systems) are unable to respond normally and produce levels of inflammation which increase the risk of further health issues. There is a lot of upheaval in the world at the moment so this is a really simple way of helping ourselves. Start to talk to yourself like you would your best friend, Exercising daily, eating a healthy diet, good sleep hygiene and removing or limiting the stress in your life - kinesiology can help with all this

01.01.2022 Our adrenals glands sit on top of either side of the kidneys. The main function of the adrenals is helping your body cope with stress. Kinesiologists often refer to adrenals as the stress management system as it responds 24/7 to internal and external threats and is especially always on if you live life in the fast lane or have many competing demands or pressures. When our adrenals are functioning optimally, they support our mind and body every time we perceive stress or a t...hreat. This includes physical and biochemical stress, such as physical trauma, toxins and infections. With under-functioning adrenals you might notice that you are more easily confused, feel nervous, irritable or down and you might more easily become overwhelmed, compared to in the past. Using Kinesiology we can balance the adrenal glands.
