22.01.2022 WE LOVE WHERE WE LIVE Where else would a local community support an emergency service like this? We cant thank Bega Valley Shire Council, KSR Automotive an...d King Brothers Smash Repairs enough for their support of our Road Crash Rescue training. Over two weekends our teams will cut and saw their way through almost a dozen vehicles, learning the latest in rescue techniques. This would not be possible without the support from King Brothers Smash Repairs In Eden who supplied the vehicles free of charge and transported them. KSR Automotive who removed all the fuels and oils and made the vehicles safe for training. It also takes a big area to store these vehicles, and it can generate a lot of scrap material. Thus our friends from Bega Shire Council’s Waste Services team stepped in to help us out with an area to train and the recycling of the cut up materials. 05.01.2022 What a way to start the new year.... We went from being excited about a new booth to wondering if we would have a shed to put it in Firstly we would like to thank firies, forestry, logging contractors and volunteers that put in and still are putting an amazing effort to keep us safe. It’s times like these you really appreciate where we live and the amazing community we have. We will be open again tomorrow as well as Ksr Automotive. I would like to offer free towing for anyo...ne like myself who has had a fright and a look around their property and thought I should get rid of that it’s a fire hazard Any old cars or basically anything that could be dragged onto a tilt tray just give us a call The fire season is not over and I know I’ll be doing some cleaning up at home myself.
