19.01.2022 Happy to report that we can finally reopen the club, unfortunately only to Northern Territory residences but it's a great start!! . Bio-security laws are still ...currently in place until at least the 5th June, fingers crossed those rules will be lifted in time for the June long weekend!! . There is no news yet on when the Territory borders will reopen. Information on travel into Bio-security areas can be found here https://coronavirus.nt.gov.au/com/remote-communities/travel . 19.01.2022 The road into King Ash Bay is 21km of dirt. If you look carefully at the top right you can see a small section of the McArthur River.

06.01.2022 One good thing about this much wind pretty much all night is that it should help "relocate" the noisy cicadas which live in those trees!!! The flies have been... annoying lately also so hopefully some of them blew away too. . It's been a very windy night and another wet one. Will read the gauge at 9am and give you an update. . The McArthur River is rising at both the Mine and Borroloola so we should see our area rise over the next few days also. See more
