05.01.2022 How to find the grain. This denim fabric has been washed, dried and ironed. Im ready to lay and cut my pattern. But first im making sure I have a straight edge so my grain will be true. Easiest way is to tear across weft - it will tear along the weaving* line. (Probably not the right terminology lol). Follow me for more occasional #sewing tips.

Made from 100% pure wool, she’s navy with a fleck texture. One of a kind - of course, and she fits a medium (AU12-14). DM if you’d like more information.

01.01.2022 So guess what I got for Christmas! Lots of indoor plants and beautiful blue pots. I’m going to try very hard to keep them alive. I love this little montage - the chair was my nana’s, the table was thrifted from gumtree, and the mirror and artwork have been with me it seems like forever. Every piece has meaning and sentimental value to me. It pulls at my heart every time I walk past.
