25.01.2022 Over the past day, some families will have received emails from us containing confirmation of your lesson times for our first week of re-opening beginning Monday 9 November. For those families that have not yet heard from us, don’t worry. We are continuing to work through allocations for our program over the next week and will be in touch with you regardless to let you know whether we have a place available for you. If we are not able to accommodate any families at this time,... we will also be in touch to take you through next steps. We appreciate your understanding and patience at this time, and can’t wait to see you all back in the pool very soon!
24.01.2022 Just a reminder to families who are heading back to the pool for Fast Track this week, of the safety measures we have in place. Masks will be mandatory for people over the age of 12 to wear in our centres when out of the water. In order to meet capacity restrictions, we are asking families attending the Fast Track program to only bring one guardian per family and siblings not participating in the program will not be able to attend the centre.... For contact tracing purposes, we require all visitors to scan their unique QR code upon arrival. This information is required by the government and will only be used for the purposes of easily contacting you in the event that there is a confirmed case of COVID-19 at a Kingswim centre. Our team is working to prepare our centres and our program in time for re-opening to ensure families return to swimming safely, and happily. 13.01.2022 Following the Victorian Government’s announcement on 8 November, Kingswim Frankston is pleased to advise our program capacity will be increasing from Monday 23 November. Current government restrictions limit our centres' capacity to 20 people at any one time, but from 23 November, this will be increasing to a capacity of 50 people or 1 person per 4 square metres, whichever is less.
