24.01.2022 *UPDATE* Online timetable is here. Just an update on the pricing as I’ve been asked for a price on participating in all classes. Prices are as follows... $5 per class $20 for 5 classes $35 for all 9 classes Each class will go for 30 mins, and each class will be done over Zoom. Zoom link will be sent one payment is confirmed. Classes will be recorded for those who would like to do them but cannot attend them live. PM or text me on 0431136995 for me details or to organize payment. The more interest I get, the more classes I will be able to put on. This is just the start. All classes at this stage require no equipment, just a towel, a drink bottle and a positive attitude to train hard. Don’t forget to like and share with your friends who may be missing out on the gym during tough time.

I am currently in the process of designing a timetable for som...e online group fitness class. I do plan on offering a class every morning and a couple of evening classes as well. 01.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Here is my new timetable for my online group sessions. There is now 7am classes across the week, except for Friday, instead, being an 8am class. Also there are now classes every week night at 6pm. This Timetable takes effect as of 1st of June (not May as I said in the video, been a long day haha) Pricing structure works the same.... $5 per class $20 for 5 classes #35 for unlimited access to all classes *For more info, watch the video or PM me.
