12.01.2022 Early Days is a national program funded by the Federal Government under the Helping Children with Autism package. These FREE workshops are for parents and other family members of young children (0-6 years) who are on the autism spectrum. They are also suitable for parents who feel their child may be on the spectrum but have not received a formal diagnosis. These workshops are held online at the moment and there are quite a few to choose from. Feel free to share with anyone who may be interested.

08.01.2022 During these challenging times, parents, caregivers and teachers are facing the added challenge of managing anxiety and worries in children. The University of Queensland’s Every Family project is offering a free live streamed Fear-Less webinar for parents and caregivers of children who are experiencing feelings of worry and anxiety. The Fear-Less webinar provides parents and caregivers with strategies to help their child learn to manage their worries and anxious feelings. The 90-minute free live streamed Fear-Less webinar, presented by clinical psychologist Dr Ingrid Hawkins, will be presented on the following dates: Saturday, 23rd of May 2020 - 10AM to 11.30AM Tuesday, 16th of June 2020 - 7PM to 8.30PM
