23.01.2022 UPDATE We thought it would be a nice idea to give everyone a little update on what’s happening here at Kiralea’s Kandles! We want to be as transparent with you all and to make sure that you are all kept up to date on what is happening. 1. We have been working behind the scenes on how we can grow as a brand and make little changes which will help us over all. One of the changes we have made is we have come up with a new colour palette and a few new fonts which you will no...w all start to see a lot more of! In the image we have included you can see some of the new colour palette along with one of our fonts we are now using! 2. We have been working hard to try and sort out international shipping and unfortunately our current website provider doesn’t allow us to offer international shipping however, we are working very hard on building a new website with a different provider that will allow us to offer shipping world wide! Please keep in mind that shipping outside of Australia is a little more expensive but we have done our very best to keep prices as low as possible! On our new website you will be seeing our new colour palette throughout along with our 3 new fonts that we have chosen to include in our brand! Payment options will stay the same on our new website, meaning you will have the option to pay via card or afterpay! Our new website it due to launch between the 25th - 30th of April once we do have a set date we will let you all know! 3. We will be doing a restock of all out of stock items including melts, candles and bath salts over the next coming weeks so make sure to keep an eye out so that you don’t miss the restock date! 4. We are working on stocking new jars, melts and electric burners! But we are also working hard on a whole new product which we are very excited for and cannot wait to share what it is with you all closer to when it will launch. We are also working very hard on designing new bundles for everyone that we are sure you will all love and we cannot wait to share them with you!

22.01.2022 Candle Tunnelling This is an image of what your candle should not look like. If your candle is looking like this don’t worry you can fix it and we will also share with you on how to avoid this from happening in the future. First of all this is called tunnelling! This happens when either the wick is too small or you are not letting you candle a reach full melt pool each burn! Here at Kiralea’s Kandles we have done extensive testing on our wicks so 99% of the time if this ...is happening with one of our candles it is probably just because it hasn’t been burnt correctly. To fix candle tunnelling it is pretty simply all you have to do is get some aluminium foil wrap it around the top of your candle, create a little hole so you can light the candle and so that the candle gets oxygen and let it burn. This will fix your tunnelling issue 99% of the time! To prevent candle tunnelling all you have to do is when you are burning your candle make sure that you give it enough time to reach a full melt pool (wax melted to the edge of the jar)! Usually this takes between 2-4 hours depending on the candle, fragrance, the environment it is burning in ect.

21.01.2022 Postage!!! I just want to let you guys know about our postage process. So we will now only be posting orders on Friday’s!! This is to make everything easier for us instead of having orders sent out daily as posting orders is a timely process so this will give us more time make orders, if you are wanting your order posted the same week you order please ensure you place your order before 5:00pm on the Wednesday night!! At this stage we are using sendle as our courier, therefo...re we don’t offer express postage. We have a flat rate of $14 for postage! Along with free postage on all orders over $100 If you are local to Ipswich we offer both pick up and drop off options obviously if we are having to drop your order off we will charge a small fee of $8

21.01.2022 Exciting update We are so excited to announce that whilst we have been working hard behind the scenes giving Kiralea’s Kandles a revamp we have decided to do a new logo incorporating some of our new colours that you will all start to see very soon. 18.01.2022 Electric burners are a great alternative to lighting a candle if you have young children or animals roaming around your house. With an electric oil burner you can simply just plug your burner into the wall add your fragrance of choice. An extra benefit to electric burners is you can leave them on over night and they double as a night light! These are the two style we currently have in stock but we will be expending in the near future. Both of these plug straight into the wall with no extra cords involved. $26

Trimming the week to the appropriate length will help to ensure that you are having a safe and even burn, which helps to make your candle last evening longer. To trim your wick it is very simple all you have to do is getting something that will cut through your wick (wick cutter, scissors, nail clippers ect.).
