23.01.2022 Regular polishing of chrome stool bases can prevent them from rusting. These are my bar stools which are over 1yr old and still look new as I polish them once every 2 months.

18.01.2022 Hi everyone! I hope you are all staying healthy and stress-free during these crazy times. Can I please ask that if you need to self-isolate before the Gov. says we have to lockdown, I'd really appreciate as much notice as possible. I will hold your spot until life gets back to normal. On the flip side, I've already had some clients cancel cleans, so if you would like any extra cleaning done, maybe a thorough disinfectant clean or something else, let me know and I'll give you... a buzz when a spot comes up. I'll keep working until they or you tell me not to, and each and every clean will be a disinfecting clean as I have been doing for the past 2 weeks. I'm giving my cleaning cloths and mop heads a hot sanitizing wash each night, and emptying and cleaning my vacuum daily. I'm taking all precautions to ensure you get a good clean and I stay safe at the same time. I've studied what it takes to properly clean for the prevention of spread, and have implemented these changes in my business. As a sole trader there will be no gov support for me when I get shutdown, so I really need to keep working as much as possible now, and for this opportunity I am truly grateful for your support. 17.01.2022 My Covid safe plan. If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell, even if you have very mild symptoms, please let me know and CANCEL YOUR CLEAN, then go get tested for COVID-19. Likewise, if I am unwell, I too will be cancelling my cleans and getting tested. ... Symptoms can include fever, cough, sore/scratchy throat and shortness of breath, as well as other reported symptoms including loss of smell, loss of taste, runny nose, muscle pain, joint pain, diarrhoea, nausea/vomiting and loss of appetite. It's important to stay home (and clean it yourself) while you wait for your results, to protect yourself and others.

16.01.2022 Sometimes it pays to look up! A blocked up air vent in the bathroom can restrict the airflow, causing mould to build up on walls, surfaces and ceilings. Unfortunately this vent could not be taken out, so I couldn't wash it, but at least it's clearer than it was

15.01.2022 Living on the GC, especially homes close to the beach, means salt can easily corrode door handles and fittings. Regular polishing with a good metal clean can prevent rust stains forming. Just another little attention to detail provided in my service.

11.01.2022 This is a huge help! The more you can get off the floor before I come, the better the clean you will get. I can get to skirting boards and under beds, and if I don't have to spend time picking stuff up, I will have more time to clean other things around the home.

10.01.2022 It's been a while since I posted a before and after pic, so here's a shower I did today, came up nice hey?

09.01.2022 By the end of today, all of my clients (except the few already in self-isolation due to travel), will have received a full disinfectant clean of their homes. I have used a strong hospital grade disinfectant and cleaner on floors, surfaces, hand railings, light switches, remote controls, door handles... everywhere basically. But this doesn't protect for long, so it's important for you to keep it up until your next clean. The easiest way to do this is to spray your surfaces with Glen 20. You can even spray your sofa, rugs (which kids play on), toilets, basins, taps etc. You can still buy this online if not available in stores. Together we can be vigilant and reduce the spread. P.S. Anything that is ethanol based, alcohol based or even just diluted non-expired bleach is effective for killing the coronavirus on surfaces!

I am proud of what I do, and hold my head high as I leave homes around the Gold Coast sparkling and clients breathing a sigh of relief when they get home after I've been.

03.01.2022 As my business turns 1 year old this week, I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all my wonderful clients, friends and family for your support. Leaving the travel industry and starting this business was the best decision I've made and I LOVE what I do. I take pride in my work every single day, and look forward to leaving my clients home shiny and sparkly for when they return. I love that I am able to help people and relieve some stress in their lives, doing what I can towards go...od mental health, and a healthy work/life balance. I love that my clients are all wonderful people who are kind, so supportive, understanding and flexible (especially when I turn up early). It is truly a pleasure cleaning for you all. I love being able to work during school hours and being there for my kids, and teaching them a good work ethic... that it doesn't matter what you do as long as you do it the best you can, have fun while you do it (oh and yes I do have fun!), and you love it. Every fortnight, I clean... 45 showers 23 baths... 55 toilets 33 kitchens 54 bedrooms 37 glass sliding doors 29 TV units 47 sets of window tracks And the list goes on! The weird thing is that I do a little happy dance every time I leave a home sparkling clean... it makes me happy.
