02.01.2022 As the end of the year gets closer and closer we are coming up to what us cleaners call bond cleaning season from October through to March is the busiest time of the year with November, December and January being the most hectic. During this time random new bond cleaners seem to come out of the woodwork claiming to do top quality work at cheap as crap prices. Some of them will do shoddy work and when asked to go back to fix what they didn’t do they won’t be seen for dust ...as they have moved onto the next poor tenant and sadly you’ll be left to pay the bill for one of us top quality companies to fix what they missed. My point of this post is when looking for a bond cleaner ask as many questions as you need. The most important being: 1. Are they fully registered? 2.Do they have an ABN? 3. Do they have insurance? 4. Do they guarantee there work? Meaning will they go back if the real estate requires them to? Kirstyz Kleaning may not be the cheapest cleaners in Townsville but we are most certainly one of the best. If the price seems too good to be true then it most likely is. As the saying goes quality work isn’t cheap and cheap work isn’t quality If you’re moving during the busy period it will pay to get in as early as you can with one of townsville’s top cleaners as we all book our fast. Don’t leave it to the week of your clean to try and secure a good bond cleaner as you’ll sadly find they’re all booked out and won’t be able to help you. Apart from myself I recommend: SOS cleaning Jw enterprises Dave’s extreme carpet clean Marianne’s cleaning Tan clean Dawsons Cleaning I am sure there are other businesses that are great but unfortunately I have not witnessed their work for myself so I can’t recommend them. I wish you all the best with your next move.
