17.01.2022 Notice for my clients about COVID-19 (Corona Virus) No doubt you have heard a lot about COVID-19 (Corona Virus) in the media recently as the situation continues to unfold. As a health care practitioner, I care for the health of my clients as well as my own.... COVID-19 is primarily spread between people when we directly touch or breath the air of someone who is already infected, or through touching a surface that has been recently infected. Hygiene and infection control is actually part of a massage therapists training because of the nature of our work. So I wanted to share with you the precautions I am taking here in my treatment room. Things I always do to be clean and sanitary: I use fresh linen for each client (as always) I wash my hands thoroughly with disinfectant before each client (as always) My treatment environment is clean and sanitary (as always) Bathrooms and shared spaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected (as always) Clients are asked not to attend if they are sick (as always) At the moment I am also adding the precautions of: I ask clients not to attend if they have recently travelled or been in contact with any confirmed cases I provide sanitising hand wash for each client on entering and leaving the room I am using a disinfectant wash on commonly touched surfaces before each client Right now I am continuing to provide the usual care and support for all my clients. As the situation unfolds and we learn more, I will continue to follow the advice from the authorities. Please get in touch if you have any questions or wish to book an appointment.

Wed like to reassure everyone that elite hygienic practices are in place at the clinic. We do recommend as always if you are not feeling well please do not come for your massage appointment. 07.01.2022 CoVID-19 update To all my massage lovers, I wanted to take the time to let you know how much I value your health and that of the team I share premises with. I have escalated my cleaning and hygiene requirements and ask for your cooperation regarding the following:... PLEASE NOTE: If you have an appointment booked with me, and you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or a possible chest infection, please contact me regarding rescheduling your appointment. I kindly request that you do not enter the clinic if you are unwell. Other patients attending the chiropractic clinic may be immune-compromised and this places them at additional risk. It is your obligation to pass this information on to me to ensure the health of the other practitioners and patients within the clinic. Im sure you can appreciate that the health of our team and other patients is paramount. At this stage, Kisana Massage Therapies will not be closing and I will be continuing to support you all as usual. I will take advice from the Commonwealth and State Departments of Health and act on that advice. Your health is my priority and I am watching the warnings as this situation unfolds. This means essential remedial massage treatments only not relaxation massage. Currently I am in the process of remodelling the business as I am no longer at the studio in Albion. I am offering mobile treatments for you to have remedial massage in the comforts of your home. Strict hygiene and infection... control is as always even prior to Covid 19 implemented. Online booking is not currently up and running so if you require a mobile remedial massage treatment please sms or call me on 0412233149.
