16.01.2022 Here is a quick, summery little salad that is sure to impress your pals at this weekends hottest 100 party! No cooking required and a party for the tastebuds!! . Ingredients: (look, I want to say this serves 4 but really.. just eyeball it for your catering needs) 4 handfuls of rocket 2 x Grapefruit - segmented ... 1/2 Fennel bulb - finely sliced 1 x Cucumber 1 x Avocado Dressing: 1/4 cut fresh grapefruit juice 1/4 cup olive oil 1 x spring onion finely chopped 2 x tsp grainy mustard Salt and black pepper Method: Slice and dice salad ingredients (leave the arvo until you’re ready to serve). Add all dressing ingredients into a jar and shake it like a Polaroid picture. Dress just before serving and add a lil Parmesan cheese if you’re feeling extra! 16.01.2022 One of the top questions we get when people are looking to sign up with us is will I be able to have takeaway and eat out? and our answer to that is a big ol’ HELL YEAH! . Sustainable habits are key to your success and chances are, if you’re human, you’re going to eat out occasionally. . I (Bron) personally eat out at least once a week. Wednesday is my take out night and I wouldn’t give it up for all the rippling muscles in the world. I do however, make sure that the food I... buy is conducive to my goals. I make sure that there is at least 4 cups of veggies and a decent source and serve of protein. My two go-to takeaway meals are thai - I usually order 1 x stir fry veg, and 1 x stir fry veg and protein of choice (I don’t like rice so I just have a tonne of veg) and depending on my macros for the day I might opt for a satay sauce if I’m needing the fats or a simple garlic and pepper sauce if I don’t have as many to spare. Second option I go for is Vietnamese and I have pho with extra veg. . These two options are very easy to personalise, give you a decent variety of veg and are tasty as. .
