16.01.2022 From the amazing Abby Abby Branson - Perth Tantra RELATIONSHIPS are the source of your greatest happiness and your greatest pain. Our relationships are the fastest way to expansion for it is in the other that reflects us, just like a mirror. Being "triggered" is a term used to explain when someones actions activate us. These triggers are the gateway into the unconscious self. This is a chance for you to take a step back and look a little deeper into w...hat has been stirred up inside. Imagine what the world would look like if every time we got triggered instead of reaction (blaming, shaming projecting our feelings at the other- classic relationship cycle) we took ourselves away, did a process to look inside heal, grow, expand and then come back to love without the stories and the bull shit, enabling us to respond to the other in vulnerability and clarity on what was needed in order to move forward. Your relationship is like a contract between two individual people with different needs and wants. Communication and joyful sacrifice is key when building the foundation for a happy relationship that will last and sometimes that contract needs to be re-written. Again and again! So check in with each other! what are your needs, wants, desires? How do you feel love? What brings you pain? What makes you happy? Working on yourself through relationships is fucking amazing and totally necessary for a better future. . . . . . . Follow us on instagram @kitchen.table.wisdom See more

05.01.2022 [Digestive Tonic] This weekend kick start your mornings with a digestive tonic like this one from Estelle Allen Health - a gorgeous, inspiring and fit clinical nutritionist in Brisbane. Try this one upon waking to fire up your digestion for breakfast. This little warming digestive combo may help alleviate bloating, lack of appetite, constipation, and anyone healing hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid). . Juice of 1 lemon... 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (brands with the mother in it - I use Braggs) 1/2 tsp ground or grated ginger Pinch cayenne pepper Pinch black pepper 1/2 tsp ground or grated organic turmeric 1/2 cup filtered water . I take this before my first meal along with 2 tsp of a good quality fish oil liquid. The fat present in the fish oil helps with the absorption of turmeric, but you could also put a vey small drizzle of flaxseed oil in this combo as an alternative. . .
