21.01.2022 Hello beautiful. We hope you have had a good start to the new year. The girls and I are enjoying our holiday times together. I love to journal. I don't get a lot of time to do it. It is mixture of writing, drawing and making lists. I find it brings me peace in my mind especially when I am feeling overwhelmed or confused. I guess it allows me to sit and get out what is on my mind. It is my form of self care. I am really looking forward to exploring this form of creativity with... you this year. Because the new year is usually a time of looking back over the last year and setting new year's resolutions I thought we could explore some journalling ideas about yourself and what you love.
