18.01.2022 With this chair done that makes just 2 more jobs left to finish off what should have been completed last year! It has been beyond crazy for us and we have never experienced a work load quite like the one we experienced in 2020... throw an injury into the equation, a world wide pandemic and many other unpredictable things and it very nearly ended in a nervous breakdown . A huge thank you goes out to the many incredibly kind and patient clients that have allowed us to just... get on with what needed to be done without adding to the pressure by expecting deadlines to be met. Next week we speak with the surgeon to discuss the operation that needs to be done to Kane’s back... regretfully at this stage KLP Restorations will be remain closed to any new enquirers until the surgery has taken place and a full recovery has been had... we will let you know as soon as we know when that is likely to be. All the best for 2020 and we hope to be back up and running as soon as possible! #upholstery #warwickfabrics #cowhidechair #cowhide #countryliving

16.01.2022 ** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ** Long post but please take the time to read... As you may already be aware we are currently very busy and closed to new bookings. This closure has now been extended till end of January 2021.... The reason for this extended closure is due to Kane's ongoing back injury. For the past couple of years Kane has struggled with two blown disks in his lower back and its getting to the point where he is now becoming limited in his movement and has consistently high pain levels.... and with prolonged chronic pain also comes a lot of other associated medical problems. It is now time we to make the decision for a temporary closure of the business so Kane can take the time to get the medical attention and recovery that he very much needs. This has been a very difficult decision to make but it has been a long time in the coming. This is heartbreaking especially as we have been growing our business for over 20years and currently we have never seen such a high demand for our services and we would love to be taking advantage of that. We have always prided ourselves on great customer service and the very best in quality restorations but we cant see that continuing if we don't act now. All work that we currently have on the floor is in progress and will be completed. We do hope to re-open in February next year but depending on recovery that could be sooner or later. Thank you all who have supported our business over the years.. it has been amazing and we have loved every job we have worked on! Thank you for taking the time to read this long post and hope to see you all again in the new year.

03.01.2022 KLP Restorations is busier then ever and we are now fully booked through to mid November 2020. Our clients that have furniture booked in, or currently have furniture on the workshop floor, we are working through our jobs as quickly as we can and thank you , in advance, for your patience. COVID-19 has shown an impact on our business with freight now currently an issue due to the border closures and issues are arising in regards to wait times for products and availability o...f products e.g: Methylated Spirits & Polish. This is in part the reason that jobs are taking much longer than we had originally anticipated. In over 20 yrs of business we have never operated at such a busy level before so adjustments are being made to cope with this. Thank you again for all the love & support our business has received and thank you kindly for your patience and understanding during this time.
