24.01.2022 A big congratulations to all competitors from the Online Poomsae & Bongsul Competition. Results have been released via email to competitors today! The judges were impressed by everyone’s energy, participation in such difficult times, and the way all competitors stayed focused and tried their best despite being in their home environment with distractions and space restrictions. No matter what you placed, give yourself a pat on the back!

At our school, we encourage students to take hold of the issue and talk about what works. We support our students to drive powerful messages and take action to prevent bullying. Together we can make change. 21.01.2022 We are excited to announce our permanent ongoing class timetable has been released! All students will need to book into classes using our Online Booking System here: www.kmaa.com.au/timetable With the further easing of restrictions in ACT planned from 12 noon Friday 19 June, we have reshuffled our class timetable to have longer classes, and our class content will be able to include self-defence and sparring!... An important note: If you have already used the Booking Form, you will need to do this again to book into a permanent class in our new timetable. This new schedule commences Friday 19 June. 20.01.2022 We are very excited to announce new weekday morning classes, the Bilbies Program, for 18 month olds, 2, 3 and 4 year olds, commencing on Tuesday 20 April, 2021. Our Bilbies will have a blast in an energetic and fun program, building valuable motor development, coordination, balance, group interaction, listening and focus. The Bilbies will be a parent and child participation class; parents will help students on the floor for the whole class.... Tuesdays 10:00am-10:45am (Other class times opening soon, so if this time doesn’t suit, still contact us to put your name on the list for other classes!) Please be aware that our testing clinics are experiencing high demand and longer than usual wait times this morning. 19.01.2022 The KMAA Team have been closely following ACT Government announcements regarding COVID-19 restrictions. KMAA is working towards a tentative opening date of Tuesday 2 June, if the ACT has progressed to Stage 2.1 restrictions as planned before this date. We are excited to get kicking with our KMAA students again! Our students should receive an email from us today regarding our plan to reopen. Due to restrictions on class sizes, we have adjusted our class timetable and have imp...lemented a new online booking system to secure your place in classes. Our email also details the steps KMAA has taken to support the health and safety of our staff, students and community. The most important thing we ask of our KMAA community is to stay home if you or a family member are feeling sick. Please contact us if you didn't receive an email, or if you have any questions. We would like to stress that the class bookings are first come- first serve, so please book to secure your place ASAP. We look forward to training with you all again soon!

My proudest moment as a KMAA student was achieving my Black Belt when I was 13, and my favourite part about being an instructor is seeing my students progress.
