Despite the uncertainty & worry that most are feeling at the moment, during this period of time we are all needing to look out for each other. 10.01.2022 I take a moment to reflect on the last few days and the event; Commando comes to evofit as I come back to land from such an amazing experienc...e. . I begin by thanking the man himself, Steve Willis. He bought to us, a full weekend of excitement, challenges, enlightenment, laughs..... and a little bit of pain with the DOMS I am feeling right now. Trainer challenges, bootcamps, dinner and meditation were all on the busy agenda for Steve. . THANKS TO YOU ALL THAT PARTICIPATED AND I HOPE YOU ENJOYED YOURSELVES. I feel we have all come away with an experience of a lifetime!! . It was an unbelievably successful weekend helping raise money for Cancer via the Shitbox Rally. So we thank you for your contribution that will help so many. There were also many other people that helped bring it together.... ..my trainer team, my evofittters, my friends, my family..most of all my husband. Also, Ben and Bianca Heron, and Fay Clark who made some significant impact of the smooth runnings of the weekend too, which I am forever grateful.
