Despite the impact of COVID-19 on other sectors of the commercial market, warehouses of all sizes still account for the majority of enquiry. The most recent example of this is 40-56 Hargreaves Street, Edmonton. It is not hard to see why this was snapped up so quickly. The owner purchased this warehouse just a few mon...ths ago so we set about finding a tenant. The incoming tenant inspected the building on a Wednesday and had agreed to terms by Friday.
