18.01.2022 12 delegates from WA recently attended the National Triennial Conference in May which was held at St Marys Cathedral in Sydney. The 3 day conference is an opportunity for members of the Order from every state around Australia to come together in fellowship and discuss matters at a National level. One of the highlights of the conference was the keynote address from Australias Apostolic Nuncio - His Excellency Most Reverend Adolfo Tito Yllana.

13.01.2022 The Objectives of our Order

12.01.2022 Every year we honour the dedication and commitment from our lifelong members during Founders Day. Many have lived through the history of the Catholic Church in Western Australia and have contributed to its longevity. Events like these serve to remind the next generation of Knights that they belong to a long line of amazing Catholic men. We hope to inspire them to continue their great work for the glory of God, the Church and our beautiful Western Australia. ... https://www.therecord.com.au//knights-of-the-southern-cro/

As we approach the end of 2020, a year plagued with isolation, we are blessed with the opportunity to come together as brothers in fellowship from all across Western Australia. A huge lineup of incredible guest speakers, updates from our major new initiatives and for the first time, dedicated sessions for you to contribute to the strategic plan, you do not want to miss this event that occurs only once every 3... years! Don’t delay, call the office and book your place now.

01.01.2022 Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians had some form of common mental illness (anxiety, depressive, or substance use disorder) at some time during the past 12 months? Recently the Knights of the Southern Cross supported 14 amazing young volunteers from YCW on a 2-day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course run by the Red Cross. Like physical first aid, MHFA is given until the person in a mental health situation receives professional help or until the crisis resolves. The course ...was authored by MHFA Australia and delivered by a brilliant accredited MHFA instructor!! After an intensive 2-days, the team from @ycwperth are now equipped with the tools to further promote MHFA and put their newly found skills and knowledge into practise. We will pray for these brilliant and enthusiastic YCW team as they embark on this complex but important mission facing our church and society today. Visit the Red Cross website if you too are interested in learning MHFA. Highly recommended! @ Red Cross First Aid Training
