24.01.2022 Hot off the press This 20 hour marathon custom piece needed to be made in 3 days to be able to go to it's forever home. The lovely client saw my window display at Cotton Onto Craft & loved the one hanging up but wished for hers to be on driftwood instead of dowel. The next issue I faced was not having enough natural colored rope, we decided to make it 2 tone & I'm absolutely in love with this choice

20.01.2022 This window creation turned out waaaayyy bigger than I first anticipated for it's intended spot. First started this project at the start of lock down. 500m of white 4mm rope ran out rather quickly & had to wait ages for delivery of more rope. I'm so happy this fits this window as the only other option of positioning would be as a feature above the bed head

14.01.2022 With the busy season on the Island slowing down a tad, I have had time to create another owl. This time I decided to try using 3mm beige rope on a 30cm ring, this one measures 36cm by 1.5m long.

12.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all my loyal likers and followers. This baby has been a few weeks in the making due to moving house and other commitments. With all my piece's put up on the walls yesterday for display it gave me the motivation to finish this off. Everywhere you look is perfectly executed eye catching pattern's & has (for now) been put pride of place in my front entrance till it finds its forever home.

06.01.2022 That earth shattering moment when you realize that you don't have enough rope to finish the massive 3m piece you're working on.... I fell short by 54m with well over 700m already used. The struggle is very real! I was super determined to make this within a week!
