16.01.2022 KIC NEW RESCUE/LEAF COLLECTION 4WD has finally arrived in Taree & it is currently being fitted out for our requirements. Our Team is very excited about this purchase especially with the current boggy conditions around our area after the floods. This purchase was made possible by YOU! To you who made donations to KIC during the catastrophic fires of 2019/2020 we will be forever grateful for your support for KIC. This is for all our koalas who come to our facility for care ...(180 koalas in 2019/2020)......to be able to rescue them & to be able to provide leaf for them while they are in care with us, sick or injured and for the bubs that we rear to release back to the wild. Our next purchase we hope will be HABITAT. Please keep supporting KIC so we can make this a reality for our KOALAS!!! We believe that this is a MUST to save koalas. So if you were wondering what is happening with donations KIC received from the fires we want you to know that it will be put to good use as soon as we find the right property to suit the needs for habitat. Help KIC help more koalas. Christeen & Paul xxx

Talking to the residents and asking questions to get important information about the koala, and our own observations, we feel it may be ok but we will monitor the koala today with the assistance of residents.
