24.01.2022 Please meet Brax, he’s the son of our Hans. Brax has now passed his hip and elbow scoring, is genetically clear of all testable diseases so is now a part of our breeding program. We are expecting his first offspring in the coming weeks and can’t wait.

22.01.2022 Well worth a look at joining. Especially if you have a new puppy

21.01.2022 Update: Holly is no longer looking for a new home, she’s found someone I have been asked by a Labrador friend of more than 25 years to help find her Holly a loving home to live out her twilight years. This decision has not been made lightly, and I can vouch for how genuine Caroline is. Re homing Holly is the last thing she wants to do, but health issues make it a necessity. ........... Holly girl is 12 yrs old on 25th January 2021. She is still super active when it comes to swimming and playing ball but needs a lot of rest in between to help her joints - she won’t stop if you don’t make her. She is desexed, up to date with worming, tick and flea treatment (Nexgard Spectra) and vaccinations. She has no bad habits (a couple of quirky ones ), doesn’t bark, dig or chew and is totally housetrained. She loves kids and adult humans and is great with other animals. She is super healthy and a trim 30kg approx (possibly less) and eats a grain free diet. She isn’t a scrounger. She had a toe amputated a while ago after ripping open a pad that wouldn’t heal and needed it and the digit removed and she has a little arthritis in back legs. (We give her fish oil every day to help). She doesn’t cope going on walks for more than a few minutes. Swimming is her obsession and best exercise for her. If you take her out in the car, she will puff and pant with excitement the whole time, so you better be taking her swimming - she can’t see the point of being in the car otherwise Dog parks are a waste of time unless she can swim. She doesn’t play with other dogs. She is terrified of thunder storms and must be an indoor dog where she is part of the family. She loves to hang out with you and know where you are. She is very obedient. She would suit someone who is going to be home a lot, and loves to go to beach or rivers with her or even has a pool she is allowed to swim in She would probably benefit from having a younger dog around too. She can be very motherly but also a bit bossy. She is quiet and loving and just needs to be with you whenever possible when you’re home. But also can be quite independent. Lots of back scratches and tummy rubs. She hates the heat Loved A cosy furry bed and her puppy. This is the hardest thing to have to do and i will be very fussy who gets her so i know she will be not just loved and given a home, but understood. Thank you ....... If you think you can offer Holly a home to live her twilight years please send a message in the first instance and I will forward them on to Caroline. Holly is currently living in the Gold Coast so ideally a home near by would be best as you can meet her in person. Or anywhere within a few hours would also suite. If you don’t live close by feel free to share with your friends.
