25.01.2022 Extra weapons class for Purple belts and above - on this Friday night (tommorow) at 7.15pm for 45 min straight after the junior class. Bring your sticks. Black Belt club on this sat at 11.15 for 1 hour

12.01.2022 Kata class for all students all ages - Blue belt and Above on Wednesday nights at the Hampton Park Dojo (Honbu or head dojo) And all students Yellow belt and above should go to the Kata class with Sempei Anthony on Thursday nights at the Fleetwood Primary School Dojo ( In the Gym near the car park) at 6.15 pm - there really is no excuse for not doing at least 2 kata classes per month. 07.01.2022 A big thank you to the 5 ( I repeat ONLY 5) students who managed to come to the gradings and help the strudents gradding to earn thier new belts. Thank you Dai Sempei Annette ( at both gradings) Dai Sempei Anhony, Bronwyn, Lynne and Braden - your assistance was invalueable. I hope you can help out at many more gradings. Sensei Ken

07.01.2022 The Gradings went very well - every one was on time and put lots of effort into all the basics kata and Mr Cairen really pumped out some fast deep pushups. The Green and Blue belts did an amazing job with thier Kata as did Mr Carlos with both Basadai and Anaku. Sherryn did some scary self defence moves on poor Bronwyn and keep throwing Bronwyn on the floor.
