24.01.2022 All stocked up and ready for long weekend! We’ll be here from 8am grab your goodies in store or call ahead.

23.01.2022 Take a teaspoon of mushroom powder then a tablespoon our Organic Miso paste with a cup of hot water. We normally loosen the paste before adding more water. Quick and easy plus very healthy and great for the immune system!

Instead of going to the battlefields of the shopping mall we will have basic supplies and also have takeaway and preorder for pick up available. Just give us a call and we will organise. Rice, bread, flour, eggs, milk, baked goods, housemade miso and kimchi Coffee beans and tea to keep you going

Our whole menu is also still available for takeaway so if your feeling hungry, we’ll be here for you.

16.01.2022 Open for dine in and takeaway from 8am. There are still limited seating available, there will be time limits in place to ensure everyone can enjoy the dine in experience with us. Takeaway is definitely a better option if in a hurry or just hungry (and much faster). Social distancing is a must and hygiene has always been a priority for us. So please bear with us and give us time to organise tables. If feeling unwell please stay home and visit us when feeling better, we’ll still be here waiting . See you all very soon!

13.01.2022 This weather calls for some pour over coffee. Beans are weighed, ground, emptied into a filter and pre-infused with a little bit of water the let the coffee bloom and release carbon dioxide. Using the Swan neck kettle with a narrow spout produces a thin, precise stream of hot water over a period of several minutes. This brings out the true distinct, bright and sweet flavours of the actual cherrylike shrub which the bean originally comes from, leaving the flavours of the flower and fruit in your cup.
