16.01.2022 Restrictions lifted today at 12pm That means the gym will be open tonight from 4.45pm Gradings for all students will go ahead starting at 6pm, yes 6pm... Kids karate class at 5 for all. Those going for gradings can do a bit of a warm up and refresh first. 6.30pm - Muay Thai will still be on as well as MMA (7pm) as usual. Wear your masks to the gym. Keep them on if you are watching. Take them off only when you are training Please come down and train to support what’s left of our small business struggling from government covid bungling Steve

Nevertheless you’ve supported our club and more importantly grown and learnt more about yourself’s. I hope you have a fabulous holiday break and spend time with family & friends, whatever way that looks like. ... 02.01.2022 While the covid lockdown may have stopped training last week, it was awesome to see those who returned on Thursday night give it there all for gradings. Putting yourself under pressure is a way to test progress and it was great. Not only the students but the pressure was put on the instructors to step up as I surprised them by getting them to do kata for their next grading. Did an okay job too
