08.01.2022 Korlas Sports and Dance Academy is enrolling for fitness classes for all ages: The classes will focus on the following: - Finding body alignment - Knowledge in human anatomy and basic movement science. -Cardiovascular exercises and safely while performing these exercises. - Pilates based exercises for core strength, movement and breathing balance.... - Strength training with information on when and how to safely perform, for optimal results. Classes will revolve around empowering people in the community to become aware of the importance of movement, exercise and nutrition for optimal daily functioning as well as minimisation of cardiovascular related health isssues.
