Access to Griffiths Island, Port Fairy will be closed until further notice, due to the recent storm damage. Council officers have conducted a full inspection of the damage and deemed the area too unsafe. 09.01.2022 Artist Mark Rosenbrock, aka Captain Carver, makes his mark through large scale wood carvings and chainsaw sculptures, we have two pieces of his work at our beautiful Gardens Caravan Park, the Southern Right Whale and the Playful Seal Pups Mark is currently working on a Dancing Dolphin sculpture, to be followed by a Native Animal creation As we up-cycle large Cypress Pine Tree Stumps from ancient trees gone by, Mark sets his scaffolding and takes to the trunks with his ...chainsaw to carve away the wood and create incredible sculpture artwork. Mark is currently working at our Gardens Caravan Park and will be weaving his magic up until 10 December a must see artist at work!
