16.01.2022 DE-STRESS TRAINING FOR HSC STUDENTS Calling all year 12 HSC Students! Exam stress is a real issue. Join us for some de-stressing training to help relieve some of that tension.... Each 90min session includes: Boxing and kicking techniques Self-defence techniques Yoga stretch and meditation When Sunday mornings 9am -10:30am, 1st session Sunday 30 August.
