23.01.2022 Our latest review was a beauty! Thanks Tim. It was a stroke of good fortune that led me to find Darren and James from Kingdom Property Solutions. I advertised a job and Darren responded almost immediately. This set the scene for what I could come to expect over the next month; prompt, efficient and reliable communication at every turn.... Despite common misconceptions regarding tradies, there are some diamonds in the rough. Darren and James were unequivocally some of the most honest, hardworking and reliable gentlemen Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. There is nothing quite as satisfying as having a job done on time, on price, that exceeds all expectations. Nothing was too much drama for the lads, no issue insurmountable. They had great suggestions when I needed them, and followed instructions to the letter when I was sure on a concept. The end result was a show-stopping bathroom and laundry that has our family and friends in awe. There is no job I believe these boys cannot do, and simply, in my mind, no one you should consider asking except Darren and James from Kingdom Property Solutions. Tim Auton

13.01.2022 Great review received this week for this special job in Mindarie. Kingdom Property Solutions renovated our ensuite, bathroom and toilet in March-June 2019. We chose them from 3 bathroom renovation companies after meeting the manager, Mr Darren Sisley, mostly due to his transparency and display of integrity right from the very first contact. Unlike other companies who were hesitant or refusing to provide a written contract, Darren was more than happy to sign a contract based ...on HIA template which gave us tremendous reassurance to proceed. Being a family owned business, this family-based team takes great pride in their work and completed the end-product to perfection, especially his son, James, who is an amazing tiler. Darren has a very talented team to fulfil every aspect of a good renovation, including an electrician and plumber. They worked long hours and even on weekends to ensure that the dateline is met and did not drag the project unlike our previous renovators in 2014. Darren always responded to texts/calls/e-mails and was very accommodating to our needs; especially since the renovation was done while we were living-in. They always cleaned after their work everyday and dirt/dust was kept to a minimum. No rubbles were left onsite and they even provided their own skip since the volume of rubbles was not that much. There was no pressure to use any particular supplier for accessories and he even used his contractor discount to procure additional items from other suppliers at our request, and as a testament to his honesty, passed on the discount to us which was a very pleasant surprise! When the wooden part of our vanity which we bought ourself did not perfectly fit into the overall structure, they even went on their own to get matching parts to incorporate at no extra cost/charge to us. We are very happy with our new ensuite, bathroom and toilet, built by Kingdom Property Solutions. All in all, we have met the perfect builders for all our building needs. We will not be looking for anyone else and would gladly recommend them to everyone. Dr & Mrs Rao, Mindarie.
