13.01.2022 WOW!! What a weekend for the kids of KR Gym. Congratulations to all the girls who travelled to Lithgow. Everybody bought home lots if ribbons and trophies. You all did a great job. :)

11.01.2022 Holiday training for levels 1-4 will be on this morning and Friday morning. From 9:00 - 11:00am. We have a competition against Bathurst on Sunday at our club. See you all there.

07.01.2022 All Gym classes start back at KR GYM Connection next week. Starting with levels training on Monday 3rd Feb. Recreational gym, boys gym, adults gym classes on Tuesday, Sports aerobics and adults gym Wednesday, Recreational gym, Kindy gym Friday and FREE Beginners exercise classes Wed Thurs 9:30am. See you all there.

06.01.2022 You are never to old to get fit!! Free Beginners Exercise Classes at KR GYM Connection Wednesday and Thursday 9:30am.

05.01.2022 KR gym will be performing at the Rylstone Show at 6pm. All kids can meet on the hill between 5:30-5:45. We perform at 6:00. If events run late during the day our performance will be late. How exciting!!!! See you all there. :)

05.01.2022 Kr gym connection has a levels gymnastics competition tomorrow against Bathurst CSU. Good luck to all the girls. Come along and support the locals and have a sausage sandwich.
