Maintain emergency fund, review other liabilities like GST, Taxes etc. Discuss and negotiate interest and loan terms with financial institutions, as much possible. Aggressive marketing expenses may not work, as household income will reduce (either from job, salary wages or job seeker payment). Commercial rent is record low, so negotiate with landlord as it is 1 of major expenses for many businesses. Downsizing employees may need smaller space too. Working from home became trend, so many industry can also adjust to it. Cashflow is king, job keeper supposed to stimulate economy overall and 100% Australian agree it did. Now time to look after personal and business matters to avoid business failure. Lastly, I can say many start up or existing business fail or become insolvent, few major reasons are little understanding on cashflow (Inflow & Outflow), Working Capital (Cash, Receivable, Payable), Liabilities (GST, Super, PAYG Tax, Annual Leave, Insurance issues).
