03.01.2022 The people you meet along the way is what makes it the best job. These 2 women have been huge supporters of KREW and our family. Some would say burpees and doing some of the crazy stuff we do at KREW isn't for over 50s. Well these two would prove them wrong. Doing every challenge I throw their way, going on their own adventures and entering all sorts of events. I'm so proud as your trainer to have helped your fitness grow but you've both provided me with so much support and guidance. Thank you!! I wonder who I'll meet next??? #writing the next chapter
