12.01.2022 Beginners DIY. Making my own OnGuard Hand Mist. You will need to check your own recipe (ratios not correct) but concept is still the same. Have fun.

12.01.2022 One of my gorgeous team members shared this post... What a great idea for Winter !! I made shower melts last night for winter colds. These have Easy Air, Onguard and a few drops of Lavender. Pop one on the floor of the shower away from the water stream and let the hot steam do it’s thing!... Smells so good and helps to clear sinuses and fight off the bugs! 1 cup of bicarb 1/2 cup Epsom salts Up to 2 teaspoons water Essential oils of your choosing. Mix the bicarb and Epsom salts together. Spray on water tiny bits at a time until it stays compact when squished in your hand (no crumbling). At this point add in 20 drops of your favourite oils. I did 20 of easy air, 10 of onguard and 5 of lemon. You could do eucalyptus, lavender etc. Press into moulds and leave for 24 hours to harden!
