22.01.2022 Hello to all the beautiful Mummas out there in Forbes! I will be hosting Yoga classes for you and your little ones starting this year. Please get in contact wi...th me if this sounds like something you want to be a part of This class is suited, ideally, to babies around 6-9 weeks all the way upto 18 months or before your baby starts to crawl. Once they are really active, the class is probably no longer suited hehe. This will be a beautiful way for you to gently introduce your body back into some nurturing activity, as well as great bonding time for you and your little one! Please call or message me first to express your interest, as I would like to start running these classes with at least three attendees. Lots of love, Mimi xx
