24.01.2022 { Can You Help Stacey #kissgoodbyetoms ?} Just three for tonight. I have been given permission from Stacey to load a whole album as there are too many favourites of my offer to document Miss Imy applying her make up this morning. As part of her fundraising effort Stacey agreed to allow her daughter to apply her make up every day for the month of May. I will share the link to donate and more information tomorrow. Let me just say I could photograph this age of little girls eve...ry day of the week. Oh and by the way neither one of us suggested the high heels, they just magically appeared! Enjoy! Kristin xxx

18.01.2022 { FYI - The Girls Favourites To Print } Remember how I always write how hard it is for me to just pick a couple from a shoot to share here and how agonising it is for me because I fall in love with them all. I thought it might be interesting to share the images from their full gallery that Georgia, Beck and Mel selected for some prints. The black and white one was shared before but a full length vertical, their banner for their gallery showed it like this and that is how we ...printed it. You should have seen the adorable messages I got from all three girls when they saw the gallery for the first time, it was pretty cool. I also wanted to wish Miss Georgia a Happy 18th Birthday for last week. Enjoy! Kristin xxx

17.01.2022 Until yesterday Stacey and I had not officially met. I had photographed her in a group friends photo at Jess + Tim's wedding a few years ago. Living in a small town of course the side facebook panel showed everyday this month these photos of mutual friends popping up commenting, liking and sharing her new photo that day. Stacey lives with MS and to bring awareness to the #kissgoodbyetoms May fundraiser she said she would die her hair red and allow her three year old daughter... to apply her make up every day for the month of May. I kept seeing the images and though I could maybe offer my photography services to be a fly on the wall and offer to document one day of their routine. Other than to pick the best spot for natural light I just wanted it to be a fly on the wall kind of shoot. I was amazed and totally entertained at what a little star Miss Imogen (Imy for short) was, along with the commentary, facial expressions, pure imagination, singing, dancing and ducking off to get the high heels towards the end of our shoot it was absolute joy for me to witness with my camera. I kind of liked how little brother Tristan just did his thing and joined in when he felt like it, school sores, cold and all. Enjoy! 14.01.2022 Very behind on Facebook, taking a social media bread. Thanks to everyone for checking in and asking how I am doing as I have not been active on here. I have decided to take a bit of extra time away from social media. I am checking in regularly to reply to messages and all clients I am remaining in touch with. Hugs Kristin xxx... 09.01.2022 { Quick Quiz: Did I take these photos of Kirby at: } 1) A pin up shoot, booked by her mother? 2) A free shoot to test my film camera? As I have known this beautiful young lady since she was about 18 months old. Sitting in high chair with just nappy on and had the most amazing chubby rolls I have ever seen.... 3) A guest at a wedding that I photographed for friends and was also a guest at too? Happy Monday! 04.01.2022 { For Sean + Fiona - Just Found } This beautiful, adorable flower girl Kaitlan who featured in Fiona + Sean's engagement shoot unfortunately was not feeling 100% on the big day. I sometimes play with images to add to the final images for my couples and add beside the other original shot. I accidentally saved this crop and conversion to my desktop and just found it. ... I am sure I can get permission to share a couple of her from the dancing and singing to "single ladies" on that Friday afternoon on the family property. Take care, talk soon. Kristin xxx

03.01.2022 { For Kelsie + Paul } I realised this morning when I opened my news feed and saw a post from this brave lady that I had not shared any of the photos of Kelsie and Paul together. This is one of the two images that one of Kelsie's bestie's helped chose for me to order as canvas prints for their engagement party. I was pleased to help and charged wholesale price, it felt good to give back in any way that I can. ... Hugs and enjoy your day you brave, wonderful people.
