24.01.2022 *MATERNAL MONDAYS* On a scale of 10, how much do we love Lauren Realph Yoga? It would have to be at least a 12! Lauren played an instrumental role for me being able to reconnect and trust my body again after Eadie’s emergency cesear five years ago. Once I began to heal my mind through the deep relaxation of yoga, my physical pain started to subside. Fancy that...... I work with many pregnant clients in my clinic and I say the same thing to all of them: We are lucky to have maybe a couple of pregnancies in our lifetime so savour them instead of rushing through the next nine months. Put the time aside to connect with yourself and your little one. Every single Saturday at 9am Lauren will be teaching a prenatal class at Om Yeah Yoga. Head to their website to book. 23.01.2022 *USING UP ALL THE OLD FRUIT + VEG BEFORE WE GO GROCERY SHOPPING!* VEGGIE PASTA SAUCE onion garlic... celery carrot red caps zucch parsnip Cook with a tin of tomatoes til soft. Allow to cool slightly then blend. The BEST way to get veggies into fussy eaters! STEWED APPLES 6-8 pink lady apples 2 tsp cinnamon Dice then simmer in 1/2 cup of water til tender but not smooshy. So good with coconut yoghurt, chia seeds, hemp seeds and sunflower seeds. SAUTÉED MUSHIES Chop them all up along with some shallots, organic butter and a splash of tamari. So yummy on toast with an egg. Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

22.01.2022 *WORKING FROM HOME* Every morning Eadie drops her baby off to daycare while she goes to work aka kindy. Which means I find little scenes like this everyday in my clinic because I am the one to look after them while she earns a crust. She’ll give me strict instructions about when they need to be fed, bathed etc. Yesterday she had made my dispensary step ladder into bunk beds She doesn’t know that Cookie often comes in and starts attacking the babies!... I’m savouring her sweet innocence because I know these little memories are what I’ll treasure the most Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

22.01.2022 Last Friday I wrote about bottlebrush and guess what Im going to write about today? Yep bottlebrush again! Im seeing it every day growing abundantly on the side of the road and also in peoples front yards. Im also feeling the bottlebrush vibes every day this week with people leaving jobs, starting new adventures, so many births, also people passing over. Selling houses, changing schools, finishing year 12 and even in my own clinic reno. So fitting of the new beginnings of... Springtime. The only way to move into new terrain is to let go of the past and thats exactly what bottlebrush helps us with. To invite a fresh new chapter, it means saying goodbye to an old one. Then the butterfly can emerge from the cocoon Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

22.01.2022 366. Top 5 Things I LOVED This Wk: 1. Standing at the bus stop on a chilly morning and showing Eadie for the first time how to breathe steam out of your mouth. Her eyes lit up! 2. Drawing a pussycat nose and whiskers on Eadie's face with eyeliner for date night. You're only five once. 3. Going for a walk on a gloomy morning and seeing the very first cherry blossom on my neighbour's tree! I count the blossoms every time I walk past. ... 4. A night of colourful painting at The Art Dept. Abstracts are so forgiving. 5. Rockpool hangs today. We saw kangaroos lazing on the headland, dozens of different coloured starfish (or sea-stars as they're apparently meant to be called), dolphins and even an octopus. Emma the Naturopath xx Have a beautiful week! [email protected]

22.01.2022 *EADIE EATS* Balanced food for little tummies! On Fridays we have date night then we do groceries on Sat morning so Thurs nights are always a mish-mash of whatevers left in the fridge!... TUNA + VEG FRITTERS 1 cob of corn, kernels cut off 3 shallots, diced 1 carrot, grated (or zucchini) 1/2 cup of frozen peas, thawed in hot water then drained (can leave out and just add an extra 1-2 cobs of corn to make 2 cups in total) 2 eggs 80g haloumi, grated 1/4 cup almond milk 2/3 cup plain flour, I used a gluten-free mix Handful of fresh herbs (basil or parsley), sliced finely 425g tin of tuna in spring water, drained Mix everything together in a large bowl. Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan and form patties in your hands and cook for 5 mins each side or until golden. Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

22.01.2022 374. Top 5 Things I LOVED This Wk: 1. A night to myself while Brett and Eadie went camping for the first time. 2. Taking part in the collective sigh of relief that the whole world felt when we received the election news this morning. 3. Two big bunches of yellow and red kangaroo paw that bring my so much satisfaction every time I look at them. ... 4. Waiting in line at the supermarket and Eadie yells out Look Mum!! IT'S LIZZO!! and everyone turned around. She was pointing to a magazine cover. 5. Sitting in the back of the van that was facing the ocean with takeaway pizzas in our laps for Friday date night. Emma the Naturopath xx PS. I have felt so loved up by my friends this week. I've received thoughtful gifts just because. They have let me take up space, not judged or projected their opinions. They have encouraged me to cry. They have sent texts to check in. They have text through totem animal cards they've pulled out from their deck on my behalf. It's a beautiful thing to feel so held.. Have a beautiful week! [email protected]

21.01.2022 *DO YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR PARTNER IS MORE LIKE YOUR ROOM MATE THAN YOUR LOVER?* Bush Gardenia (Gardenia megasperma) is the Australian bush flower essence I prescribe when the magic seems lost in a relationship. When the two people involved are so flat out and preoccupied with their own lives that they have very little to invest in each other and this is having a detrimental effect on the relationship. There is a beautiful case study in my textbook that speaks of a couple in th...eir eighties who felt like they had grown apart. The husband was often snappy and rude towards his wife. After he had taken the Bush Gardenia essence his wife reported that he was bringing her breakfast in bed and telling her that he loved her. The essence helps to improve communication between couples. Taking the essence helps partners to bring awareness to what they need to bring to the relationship to maintain passion and deep love. I often add flowers like Wedding Bush for commitment, Dagger Hakea to melt away grudges and Wisteria for a fulfilling sexual relationship to an essence with Bush Gardenia in it. Pop some gardenia on your bedside table and see what happens... Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

21.01.2022 *BOUNDARIES ARE HARD* They are also necessary and essential for deep self care. Its not easy at first to say Id love to but Ive got a lot on my plate right now. I think the disappointment that we think others will respond with is often in our own heads. I have a lot of respect for people who value their time and energy because people pleasing is a one way ticket to resentment and exhaustion. The more you practice, the easier it just rolls off the tongue. My trick is to n...ot instantly react with a Great! Ill be there! or Yep Ill book you in! But instead pausing, checking in with how I really feel and what is realistic, then responding. If you do react from autopilot its ok to say something along the lines of Ive actually checked my diary/had a think about it and thats not going to work for me this time. Maybe start with boundaries at work, then around housework, social commitments, your kids, school stuff, etc. Start where it feels most achievable. A beautiful client of mine asked me yesterday about how to get a good work-life balance. I laughed and said Ill let you know when I find out! But I think loving boundaries are an excellent place to start Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

20.01.2022 *ICED SPICED DANDY TEA* Try saying that quickly 6 times! Throw two spiced dandelion tea bags in a large teapot. Cover with boiling water. Leave it overnight or for a few hours on the bench to cool. Pop the teabags in the compost and pour the tea into a large jar and keep in the fridge. Pour into a glass or smaller jar and top it up with the milk of your choice (I used CocoQuench hazelnut milk from Affordable Wholefoods Coffs Harbour) with a handful of ice cubes. ... I add dandelion to a liquid herbal tonic when I want to really nourish someone as it’s full of choline, lecithin, silica, albumin, iron, sodium, calcium, sulphur, magnesium, inulin, vitamin K and B vitamins! The plant even makes its own vitamin D!Dandelion is incredibly supportive for liver and gallbladder function. Using the dandelion root as a tea is an easy way to use herbs in your daily life. My favourite is the Rainbow Chai loose spiced dandelion tea as you get all the warming chai spices which are great for digestion! Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

20.01.2022 365. Top 5 Things I LOVED This Wk: 1. Making my first moussaka. Why did this take me 35 years? 2. Eadie learning the word 'consistently' and finding it necessary to use it consistently in every sentence. 3. Shelling and chomping on salted pistachios. ... 4. A hot, sweaty run followed by a icy, salty swim. 5. Do you want me to tell you all the things I'm good at Mum? Oh to have the confidence of a 5 year old... Emma the Naturopath xx Have a beautiful week! [email protected]

20.01.2022 *EMMA EATS* Balanced food for busy ppl! Todays lunch involved:... 2 eggs scrambled with salty, organic butter. 20.01.2022 376. Top 5 Things I LOVED This Wk: 1. Thunder rumbling, deafening cicadas and crazy humidity. Hello Australian Summer. 2. Lying in bed with Eadie listing all the things we love about Daddy. Then I asked her what she loved about herself and she replied That I believe in myself. My jaw dropped. I thought she was going to say her curly hair or something like that. Then this week when she was writing a list of her friends that she was going to give Christmas cards to, she adde...d herself to the list and when I asked why she replied Because it's important to be friends with yourself Mum. Who is this kid?? I also suspect its because she wanted her own candy cane... 3. Going to the Christmas tree farm to pick out a tree! Wow the pine needle smell took me right back to growing up with a real tree. I didn't realise I hadn't experienced that smell in over thirty years. 4. Sitting at the bus stop waiting for Eadie and watching an elderly couple across the road check their letterbox. When they walked back to their house together, the lady (who had a walking stick) put her hand on the small of her husband's back (who was pushing a a four-wheel walker) to help him up the slight slope to their front door. 5. Overhearing Brett and Eadie talking in the next room about someone in her class who has a boyfriend. Brett asked Eadie if she had a crush on any boys or girls and my heart felt warm knowing from a young age that she can grow up in a family who supports whomever she chooses to love. Emma the Naturopath xx Have a beautiful week! [email protected]

19.01.2022 *FIRST LOOK AT MY FRESH, NEW CLINIC!!* Second client of the day is Cookie Custard. Shes after a flower essence to help with being such a stage five clinger. There is actually a flower for that! Its called Monga Waratah!... Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

17.01.2022 Today I was lucky enough to make flower essences for: -settling a mama's nerves about the birth of her third little one -an exhausted mama who needed some pep in her step... -comforting a mama's broken heart who has just lost her father -a preschooler who has a lot of big emotions I am continually taken back by how something so simple can have such gentle yet profound effects... 17.01.2022 *MATERNAL MONDAYS* This is just a HIGH FIVE to all the mamas out there managing the invisible load. aka all the stuff that goes on behind the scenes in their head: the Book Week cat costume, the nativity play angel costume, grabbing two boxes of muesli bars while grocery shopping to donate for the school food drive, picking up the right lipstick and hairspray for the dance recital, the birthday present for their daughter's friend's party, remembering to pay the swimming lesso...n fees, getting the butter chicken in the slow cooker but not adding green beans as child number one will refuse to eat it, meal prepping for tomorrow night because they've booked a gym class in an attempt for some me-time... 16.01.2022 367. Top 5 Things I LOVED This Wk: 1. Local rhubarb from Fresco. I stewed it up with pears and have been eating it with coconut yoghurt or chia pudding all week. Swirled some through a banana cake too which didn't last long. 2. Saving $136 on a top I've been wanting for months! 3. Early bedtimes. I'm talking 8:15pm or asleep by 9pm at the latest. My husband and I are such ragers. ... 4. Walking to pick up Eadie from the bus stop and seeing 4 kangaroos hanging in someone's front yard. When we first moved in to our house 6 years ago it was just empty blocks and gumtrees opposite us and 20 to 30 roo's would just be chilling over there eating the grass. It's nice to know there are still a few left since all the developments have gone in. 5. A blue sky, warm sunshine, a blanket in the backyard, a bowl of salty pistachios and a book. Emma the Naturopath xx "When a woman conceives her true self, a miracle occurs and life around her begins again. -Marrianne Willamson Have a beautiful week! [email protected]

15.01.2022 Next time you’re stocking up on chocolate coated macadamias at Affordable Wholefoods Coffs Harbour on Little St, be sure to grab an extra bag to pop in the Christmas appeal basket at the front counter to help out people in need in our community

15.01.2022 369. Top 5 Things I LOVED This Wk: 1. The Bed Threads blog, 'The Nook'. 2. Running into lots of great people this week that I haven't seen in a long time and having good chats. I guess we're all coming out of the woodwork again. Nothing beats connecting to someone actually in person. 3. Fresh white walls and (fake) wood floors in the clinic! I've been walking in there once an hour to let out a little squeal. No more beige that never sparked joy for me! Custom shelves should b...e in by Tuesday arvo then I'll give you a little tour! Feels so good to breathe fresh life into my work space. 4. The new Woopi farmers markets that are on every Friday morning. Eadie wandered into our room at 7am and I told her if she could be ready and out the door at 7:06am I'd take her to the markets to get the freshly made, hot cinnamon, gluten-free (also vegan) doughnuts! I've never seen her move so fast! 5. Learning to take breaks. Emma the Naturopath xx PS. I'm spending so much time in front of my computer these last 4 or 5 months. A huge chunk of my clients are on Zoom because they're loving the convenience of it. Plus I'm doing my pathology interpretation course and also a traditional herbal prescribing course which are both online. Then there's emails, admin, writing treatment plans, research and four hundred and fifty two emails from Eadie's school each week! I've been so conscious lately to take breaks. On sunny days I'll walk down to the creek to eat my lunch and have a quick dip, do half an hour of yin yoga poses with my bolster or just water my garden bare foot and pull out a few weeds for 15 minutes. I evened popped out to Om Yeah Yoga for a 12:30pm 'Pick Me Up' 45 min flow class which was a breath of fresh air. If I've got lots of study to do I'll delete my social media apps for the day and I no longer watch mindless TV once Eadie is in bed. I borrowed Brene Brown's 'Daring Greatly' from the library. I could bang on about how this lowers cortisol levels and blah, blah, blah... But all that matters is that it feels good. I would normally push through to get all my work done so I could clock off and move on to the next thing, but this feels a lot more balanced. You'll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine. -John C. Maxwell Have a beautiful week! [email protected]

Martine is holding a Mums and Bubs First Aid workshop online so jump on if you're looking for new ways to support your little fam :) Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

10.01.2022 *LET'S TALK TEENS* Has anyone else noticed the stunning Illawarra Flame Trees (Brachychiton acerifolius) popping up around town with their electric red bell-shaped blooms and five-fingered leaves? There is one that flowers every year right outside a local high school which I always think is so apt as it is the Australian bush flower I prescribe for rejection, low-self-worth and low-self esteem. ... For teens I think of it when they are devastated about not making the soccer team, missing out on a party invite, not quite getting the grade they wanted on an assignment, being broken up with or feeling like they don't fit in with the rest of their social group. The rejection can be real or perceived. To avoid feeling left out they may become people-pleasers and do or say things to fit in, even if that means not being true to themselves. They may also delay responsibilities like getting an after school job, applying for a scholarship or going for their P's in case they fail therefore never really living up to their full potential. Taking the essence helps the person feel a sense of inner self-worth and self-approval. Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

09.01.2022 370. Top 5 Things I LOVED This Wk: 1. Going to the Solitary Islands Aquarium in Coffs. I was really impressed with all the fun sea creatures to look at and learn about. I have been rattling off countless facts about sea cucumbers and sea stars all week that have just thrilled my husband to no end. 2. The banana, peanut butter, chai, vanilla, sea salt and almond milk smoothie from Cafe Ophelia, the new vego cafe in the mall! 3. Feeling wholesome AF while learning to finger kn...it with Eadie. She has always been an arts and crafts kids so its been fun to watch the progression of more intricate activities as she gets older. We try to do a bit of origami too but I never understand the instructions! 4. The way Eadie spells things out to write them. Front = frunt. Bee = bey. 5. Asking Eadie at brekkie how she slept last night. Lying down she replied. Emma the Naturopath xx PS. I'm posting the Top 5 because we're off to Byron tomorrow for the week to smother ourselves in love and gelato! I'll be back in the clinic next Monday and guess what else will be joining me there.....?! MY OWN LITTLE HERBAL DISPENSARY!!!! Fifteen 500ml bottles of liquid herbal tinctures will be on my shelf so I can mix up customised blends for my clients!!! This is super exciting stuff and I can't wait to tell you all about it! 08.01.2022 *IF ONLY I ACTUALLY WORKED THIS QUICK* Making up some Australian bush flower essences for a mama and her little one. Our children are an extension of us and will vibe off wherever we’re at. Bottlebrush vibes all the way!! Bottlebrush strengthens the mother-child bond, allows us to face big transitions in life (starting school, moving state, pregnancy, redundancy, etc) with confidence and courage. ... Great for issues of the large intestine like constipation where we need to let go. As we release what is blocking us, we are met with self-growth. How exciting!! 08.01.2022 *DEEP SELF-CARE* I didnt end up going to Sri Lanka on a yoga retreat this year. So Im four days into my staycation. Ive taken a couple of weeks off clinic to get out of my head and back into my body. To stop thinking and just be. To break the routine and go with the flow. Its looked like:... -many yoga classes -reading a chapter of my book in the sun then making more tea and reading another chapter -sitting on my clinic floor and having inspiration rush to me! -eating lots of dark chocolate -walks on the beach and finding little treasures on the sand while listening to podcasts -cuddling with my kitten in bed (current situation) Im feeling more grounded and refreshed already. Life can feel quite structured and regimented and tight at times. Slowing things down and inviting in stillness and space feels like a big exhaaaale. What are you willing to let go of to create more space in your life? Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

08.01.2022 I feel like my 5 year old’s (unpaid) personal assistant

08.01.2022 *STRENGTHENING THE MAMA-CHILD BOND* Just had my last client for the week. Ive made up some personalised Australian bush flower essences for a sweet mama and her daughter. It touches my heart when parents book in to have drops made up for themselves at the same time as their child because our kids are simply a reflection of the things we need to work on ourselves. Bottlebrush is THE remedy for helping mamas and their kiddies feel more connected whereas Red Helmet Orchid helps... with father-child stuff. It helps us brush away negative experiences from the past and meet new transitions with courage! A good one for starting school or welcoming a new sibling! Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

07.01.2022 371. Top 5 Things I LOVED This Wk: 1.Feeling settled back at home after a week in the Bay. 2. The gluten-free muffins at the Salute espresso kiosk at the jetty. They are like fluffy clouds of wonderfulness. I keep checking that they are in fact gluten-free. 3. Sharing my swimming lane with a sweet, old man who swam like a graceful manatee. It gave me a chance to catch my breath. Then I headed straight to the beach to jump in the salt water and lie in the sun. ... 4. Talking to some of my friends this week who are happy. Like, really happy. They didn't just wake up one day and get happiness handed to them on a platter. Who does? They are there because shiz went mega pear-shaped and they had to rebuild from the ground up. Its so exciting to hear about other people's happiness. 5. This little thunderstorm we're having right now! Emma the Naturopath xx PS. The women I love and admire for their strength and grace did not get that way because shit worked out. They got that way because shit went wrong and they handled it. They handled it a thousand different ways on a thousand different days, but they handled it. Those women are my superheroes. -Elizabeth Gilbert Have a beautiful week! [email protected]

07.01.2022 *EMMA EATS* Healthy food for busy people! A magnesium-rich afternoon tea served with a cup of peppermint tea!... 1. Remove the seeds of two medjool dates 2. Pop in a tsp of 100% almond butter inside 3. Sprinkle with cacao nibs or hemp seeds! I bought all of these from Affordable Wholefoods Coffs Harbour Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

07.01.2022 *MATERNAL MONDAYS* Far out, podcasts would have been helpful when I had a baby. They were around apparently but not on my radar. So here I am now telling all the mamas about this one. I listened to episode seven Self care: you remember that, right? on a walk yesterday. Its all about HOW THE HELL do you take time for yourself when you have a little human who depends on you every minute of the day?... They spoke about how there are so many ups and downs of post-natal depression so it easily goes under the radar, how hard it can be to lose your identity when you become a mum and that *NEWS FLASH* its super common to not instantly connect with your bubba. It may happen over weeks or months and thats ok too. Especially after a traumatic birth. Im raising my hand here. Its just that not many women talk about it because theyre fearful of being judged. Perhaps download some episodes and share them with a mama friend so she knows that shes not alone. Then ask her how SHES doing Emma the Naturopath xx Please share any other ones that you love below! 06.01.2022 *PUT THE TO-DO LIST DOWN* Ive started having one weekday each week where I dont see any clients, reply to emails, answer the phone, write orders, unpack deliveries, do any study on my pathology course or any housework! It can be challenging to ignore that internal voice that tells me to put a load of washing on or just quickly reply to an email... But Im loving the spaciousness of it! Can you make the space to do this? Even just for an afternoon perhaps?... Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

05.01.2022 *IS YOUR KID A FUSSY EATER?* Yep, mine is too at the moment...! I've been sharing this recipe with lots of clients lately because its such a winner!... I make up a big batch (this recipe is a double batch) and freeze it in little portions and then grab one out to mix through spirals for Eadie when I know I'm making something she won't like. It's a great base for spag bol, lasagne, shepherd's pie and Mexican! I also add 1 Tbsp mustard for flavour and a big handful of parsley (leaves and stems) out the garden. Good luck! 04.01.2022 368. Top 5 Things I LOVED This Wk: 1. Sitting in the sun right now, watching the bees crawl all over the orange blossoms that bloomed a little over a week ago. Can you imagine how incredible that honey will taste? I keep getting wafts of the dreamy scent. 2. Mine and Eadie's obsession with leaving little love notes for each other. I pop them in her lunch box and she leaves them by my bed or on my desk to find. 3. The fresh roasted almond butter from the bulk food shop on Lit...tle Street! 4. Mylo the Cat on Insta if you want to see Barney the purple dinosaur rapping to Biggie or Wilma and Betty from The Flinstones as Salt n Pepa. It brings extra joy to my week. 5. Watching Eadie check every single one of her teeth in the mirror each night before bed to check for wobbly ones. She hasn't had any yet but we've had many lengthy discussions about the Tooth Fairy and she has a little pouch in her doll house to put it in when it happens. Emma the Naturopath xx Have a beautiful week! [email protected]

03.01.2022 *SELF-CARE SATURDAYS* My clients and I talk endlessly about creating pockets of time for self care. 5 or 10 mins on a daily basis is nearly better than one massage once a month. It could be as simple as making a playlist of your favourite songs to listen to on the way to work or playing with your puppy in the backyard when you first get home from work before doing anything else.... What pocket of self-care did you create today? Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

03.01.2022 *SELF-CARE SATURDAYS* When I talk to you guys about eating nourishing foods, spending time doing what lights you up and getting outside in nature, I hear it for myself. When I talk to you guys about taking a break, having self-compassion and simplifying the to-do list, I hear it for myself.... When I talk to you guys about true healing coming from calming your mind and rest, I hear it for myself. So thank you. Were in this together. Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

02.01.2022 372. Top 5 Things I LOVED This Wk: 1. Eadie insisting nearly every afternoon for us to go swimming in the creek around the corner of our house. Sometimes I don't feel like I can be bothered but once I'm there it feels like such a beautiful way to wash off the day. 2. The choc mint gluten-free doughnuts from the Twilight Markets. 3. Watching my kitten jump in the air to try and catch butterflies. So bloody cute. Nearly makes up for her clawing our dining room chairs to shred...s. 4. Star jasmine on my bedside table and clinic desk. 5. Walking into the kitchen in the middle of the night to get a drink of water and catching a waft of the delicious mangoes in the fruit bowl. Emma the Naturopath xx PS. Anything you can't control is teaching you how to let go. -Jackson Kiddard Have a beautiful week! [email protected]

02.01.2022 Have you read *THE FIVE LOVE LANGUAGES* book? Did you know theres a kids one? My kitten (Cookie Custard Caller) is devastated that Im back in the clinic after a two week staycation as her love language is quality time. Thankyou to my clients that put up with her miowing from the other side of the door. Such a stage five clinger...... Emma the Naturopath xx [email protected]

01.01.2022 375. Top 5 Things I LOVED This Wk: 1. Learning how to spell 'recital' and 'Casuarina'. 2. The Book Room in Byron. I could get lost in there forever. My parents used to own a bookshop when I was Eadie's age so it brings back sweet memories. 3. Two Oak Meadow Clothing blouses.... 4. A really slow walk up the lighthouse before breakfast and running into friends along the way. 5. Not having to share my hazelnut sorbet in a gluten-free waffle cone with anyone. Emma the Naturopath xx PS. My husband and I just spent three kid-free days in Byron together. We've been away for a couple of solo trips overseas each since we had Eadie (me for yoga, him for surfing) but its the longest we've been away from her together. On the drive home he turned to me and said Well that was easy and I nodded. Then he added It's just about letting go. There's really nothing more to say about that. Have a beautiful week!
