22.01.2022 Its a very sad start to the year to have this terrible state of emergency in Australia. The relentless fires affect everyone negatively, even small businesses like ours here in Sydney, where hazardous air quality is the norm these days. Some of my clients, who live in the worst-hit coastal areas have had to evacuate their homes, though thankfully they themselves are now safe. On a personal note, back in the 90s, my family lost our family home in a fire. It was not a bush fir...e but the long term effects were also devastating and not something I would wish on anyone. What I do wish for is for this situation to improve, for plenty of rain in the suffering areas, for health and hope for our brave and wonderful Australians and for the safety for our defenceless animals.
