20.01.2022 Monarchs surrounded beautiful Odin on the walk today. I always ask what i want a photo of, if I can take a photo of it. When I asked today I heard please don't, enjoy life with us in this moment. I put my phone away. That very moment I had 5 circle around me. Nature speaks when we listen.. I am grateful for this moment in time. I am grateful for butterfly medicine and knowing that beautiful change is on its way.

18.01.2022 This beautiful abundant morning. This beautiful warming sun. This beautiful opportunity to look after self. Taking time to nurture ourselves is so important. It came to me on this blessed morning that the warming rays that shined on me so radiantly cast a shadow. This was a gentle reminder that I always have a shadow when there is light I can see it. Its upto me to accept and nurture it. We all have a shadow don't we. May we all be aware of our shadow and when it is seen may... it be like the trees shade, bring a place to stop and listen, rejuvenate and gently nurture ourselves. Embrace the shadow, know the shadow. Be the tree and ground yourself. Try not to change anything. Accept yourself 100% as you are both the light and the shadow
