20.01.2022 All Kawasaki Ultra 300 & 310hp Jet Skis are made in the USA. US Coast Guard regs say that PWC's must not be able to exceed 68mph when manufactured. Therefore they are restricted to this speed even though they are very capable of doing much more. This stand alone SCOM (speed control override module) plugs into the ECU and allows the vessel to accelerate past the 68mph / 108kph limiter. ... Instructions are included, will take approx 5-10minutes to install. Our ECU reflash also removes this speed limiter and increases HP.
