25.01.2022 Tonight's Session "The Naughty Nine" is all about supersets to build upper body and core strength. We will be doing it under the shelter of the school awnings and over the grass so it's not so hot. This will be a great cardio and strength session put together so don't miss out!! 24.01.2022 * Tonight's Session is Work2Gether. It's time to buddy-up and work together towards achieving your fitness goals! There will be med balls & kettlebells (my favourite) with weights suitable for all fitness levels. Come along for some fun and fitness! CSPS @ 5:15pm. * Also, we start our 2 week mini challenge today for CORE STRENGTH. Anyone who wants to be a part of it PM us or comment below. I will email out the specs. This is a simple as 6 exercises that will take less than 1...0 minutes to do 2 - 3 times a week to improve core strength. Core strength is ESSENTIAL for good posture and mobility. Without this it is hard for the body to perform simple every day tasks. A weak core can also be the cause of back pain!! People have strengthened their core and reported their back pain is gone! Just doing a little strengthening work a few times a week will make a difference in no time- we know! We've done it. SOOOO get on board!! You can do this anywhere, anytime- no equipment needed (and NO SITUPS). ;) See more

15.01.2022 CIRCUIT OF STRENGTH is tonight's session at 5:15pm CSPS. We will be using a variety of weighted equipment and bodyweight to focus on gaining strength throughout the body- upper, lower and core. Hope to see you tonight! Remember to bring plenty of water, a towel and mat if you have one.

14.01.2022 This month our bootcamp is doing a 30 day cardio challenge. 2 - 3 times a week they have to do an AMRAP session (as many rounds as possible) in 10 minutes with 5 exercises chosen to raise the heart rate and challenge their cardiovascular system. As instructors we often like to participate and challenge ourselves also. So, Lucy Croft and myself Chelsea Purton decided to give it a go. We made 7.3 rounds in 10 minutes. Our goal in the next few weeks is to increase that to 8 or 9... rounds in 10. I encourage you also to give this ago- can be done anywhere and only requires 10 minutes a couple times a week. Let us know how you go!!!! 1. Hit the Floor x 20 2. Squat Jumps x 10 3. Bicycle Crunches x 20 4. Skaters x 20 5. Burpees (without pushup) x 10 Any questions PM us.

03.01.2022 Big SHOUT OUT to Ashley Jobson Ally Maree Tanya Killingbeck and Jen Bauer for smashing their previous time on the Plank Challenge!!!!! As an instructor, I couldn't be more proud. This group of women are SO determined and don't let anything stand in their way of meeting their fitness goals. They have come a long way over the last year and the results are incredible. These ladies make our jobs as trainers special. Check out their time scores between round 1 and 2 (over a 3 week... period): Ashley: 3.20 Knees VS 4.50!! Knees Tanya: 3.00 Knees VS 7.00!!! Knees Jen: 1.00 Toes & 0.28 Knees (1.28 total) VS 1.30 Toes & 4.30 Knees (total 6.00!!) Ally: 1.00 Toes & 1.40 Knees (total 2.40) VS 2.30 Toes & 1.50 Knees (total 4.20!!) 03.01.2022 This Wednesday 27th HIIT AMRAP *Bring foam rollers and power bands if you own one. Target sells foam rollers for $12-15 or if you have spares bring them along. We will be incorporating these into our warm-ups.
02.01.2022 My workout this morning the Plyo Everest completed to the bottom and top again in 28 minutes with one minute rest. Focus on plyo and isometric strength. Give this a go! It's a great yet challenging session!
