Kukkiwon is the home of Taekwondo in South Korea that administers Blackbelt registration. Should you or your child be granted a Blackbelt via a Kukkiwon Credentialled Examiner there is much great chance of them being accepted as a blackbelt in any new Taekwondo that they may move to, visit or join... 02.01.2022 Kukkiwon Australia would like to offer its sincere condolences to the family of Grandmaster Carl Pluckhahn. Master Carl was a Mentor to many under his supervision and reached the level of 3rd in the World (1975). He is a 4th Dan Kukkiwon, 7th Dan ChungdoKwan, and JidoKwan 8th Dan. Master Carl represented Australian on 3 occasisions as a athlete. Having had several conversations with Carl over the past 2 years. I can say that he is a Taekwondo man of much pride. He battles an illness for a extended period and recently passed. RIP GrandMaster Carl Pluckhahn. RC
