We encourage all of you to harness these tools to make 2021 one of the best years yet. - Perspective: Oh yeah, we got a whole lot of that! How about you? Take a minute to reflect on what new perspectives you've gained. We really have a newfound respect for how fortunate we are to have community and connection with our community. ...You have all been the grounding element throughout this year, and from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you - Resilience: If we thought we understood the word prior, we feel like we're somewhat experts now. If you keep reminding yourself that you don't become somebody, you are somebody - this statement will actuate into momentum and self-belief, the most powerful tools to keep you going. - Kindness: And we don't just mean to everyone else, but mostly to yourself. Speak to yourself as you would a best friend, with empathy and understanding. You deserve to be gentle with yourself - you're a warrior in our eyes. Now, have a beautiful New Year and we'll see you on the other side.
