24.01.2022 Natural materials enhance play and engage all the senses. We love using what we find in our Fairy Garden to create and imagine with.

14.01.2022 Peek a boo! Can you see me looking out of the window? We would like to do a shout out to our amazingly supportive community and fabulous teachers and educators at Ku-ring-gai Kindergarten. Times like these, when the chips are down, our kindy teachers are staying positive and creating amazing online programs to meet each child's goals. Their professionalism has been quite something. Together we will sail through this storm.

13.01.2022 We find the most creative play comes from the most unexpected "things" that most adults would consider non-toys. Today our 4 year olds group used all recycled materials to create an intricate design (a lighthouse which changed to an airport control tower) with electricity cables running through the pipes. Children have a unique and creative way of looking at things, and often the items they gravitate toward as their preferred toy are not what we expect.... The make-believe is endless!

08.01.2022 Check out our new fence! We have recently been experimenting with Perspex and light qualities and decided to incorporate this idea into our new fence. It took a while to come to fruition, but we think it now enhances the play spaces and adds an educational twist to the natural environment. We have had lots of positive feedback from our families and educators.

06.01.2022 Look who paid a visit to our Kindy this morning? We even saw "Mr. Kooky" eating a worm. We are so lucky to have lots of nature at our doorstep.
