18.01.2022 Time to tidy this studio so I can get back to work! I had a special delivery today, see that big box? It's filled with supplies for the secret project I'm working on that will launch next season! Eeeeek!! *It seems a little premature talking about next season already when we are still getting overnight dumping of snow on the mountain. But it takes so much hard work and time behind the scenes to make sure I'm adequately prepared to handle your enthusiasm come autumn haha xxx

14.01.2022 Hello all my beautiful followers. Given you have all been sharing your love and support with our family's battle this year I wanted to share this with you all. My husband and I couldn't be more proud of Ciara, our 9 year old daughter. She has been growing her hair for a really long time with the intention of having it 'just like like Rapunzel.' Since her Daddy was first diagnosed with leukaemia back in January she has wanted to help in some way. She has decided to have her ...hair cut into a bob to raise money for the Leukaemia Foundation(who supported our family immensely by providing my husband with a unit to live in during his four month stay in Melbourne while he had his life saving stem cell transplant). She will also be donating her cut locks to Variety the children's charity so her hair can be used to make wigs for children suffering long term hair loss. 10.01.2022 Much better..... I posted a pic of my very messy studio yesterday, it had become a dumping ground over the past few months. I've not worked much at all of late as caring for my sick husband and our three children is a full time job in itself. I've decided I must make time for myself and my business, even if it's only an hour a day. Now I have a clean slate to retreat to

08.01.2022 Another day another yarn delivery...I was freaking out, the order I was talking about the other day took 2 months to arrive and did not contain even half of the purchase! The invoice had all the items checked off though. So imagine my relief when a second box arrived today. Fingers crossed everything is inside

06.01.2022 What a gorgeous day! It's so lovely to cut poms outside in the spring sunshine. I aim to do all the cutting over the warmer months in preparation for the next season. Not only do I get out in the beautiful weather that way but it makes the busy time that little less stressful too. If you've ordered a Santa beanie it's not far off completion. Now to make the poms and sew them on!

04.01.2022 Back in my happy place.... After quite a long break from knitting I'm back in the game. I had a few of you contacting me wanting to order Santa hats so I obliged Those of you who have been following our family's personal battle this year...My husband is now cancer free and back home with us. He still has a long way to go with his recovery though, he is suffering pretty nasty graft vs host disease from his treatment and is very frail as a result. ... One day at a time... x *I'll have a very limited number of these hats available, message me to place an order.
