25.01.2022 Current renovation works

16.01.2022 Friday afternoon and recieve a call to inspect a job at 1Pm Front Door in Stafford had been damaged along with tenants door. Front Door was a slightly unusual size so a larger door had to be purchased and cut down to suit. Tenants door replacement only needed slight planning and was able to be put on. All locks were electronic so the tedious part was putting these guys back together.

16.01.2022 A Job down in Hope island now ready for painting. Owner had large amounts of water coming from behind Gyprock through to his electrical Board and Security System the cause was found to be from an old aircon conduit that had not been capped as you can see in the photos. Managed to salvage tiles from stairs and get those re-installed with 30mm Ply with bottom ribs for strength. Hydrostatic waterproofing to help the rising damp and possibilty of fractures in vessel block wall.... Wall sheets reinstated and plastering done.

04.01.2022 Alterations to kitchen finished last month. Late post

02.01.2022 Halfway through a budget Renovation for a Kitchen. Turning the U into an L Shape and re-using materials from the Rip out stage Adding a island bench over the weekend. Was informed that the clients had the older tiles but after getting to the tiling stage were sad to find that the tiles only matched the living area tiles and not the kitchen. More photos to come!!

02.01.2022 Kitchen Re-Face Completed on the 18/7/2019 Client first called to solve gap issue with the Fascia Panel once oven had been changed, due to a very old style board our team advised that any new material may stand out and this evidently began the Re-Face where the client was quoted between $25,000-$64000 Our team advised that New Tops and Panels for Doors/Draws without the need of replacing carcasses could update the kitchen and give a much brighter feel.
