17.01.2022 Getting my indoor workout in using Zwift and can't complain here this morning.. lots happening over the coming days, but let's keep a positive outlook on life! We seem to be going day by day here in Australia, but the more we can all do, the less people have to suffer! We all have our duty, and this is mine. Outdoor fitness video coming up later today!!

06.01.2022 We've taken our running 1on1 sessions outside, continuing to build fitness.. while also getting to check out all the doggos Very important time to continue our fitness, while keeping a lid on things. Please be careful starting new fitness OR going and trying to do personal bests as now is not the time. Keep active, but don't break your body down pushing too hard! My rule in these times - keep 5-10% left in the tank Send me a message if you want to get into running in these times without a gym! I'm happy to provide plans for beginners
