22.01.2022 Day thirty three: Todays theme for the challenge is Architecture... Plenty of options today, especially when youre out for a walk early. Saunders Garage in Hurstbridge, definitely one of my favourites.

17.01.2022 Painting kit at Mt Gipps Station NSW. When I started art school my dad converted one of his old wooden boxes he used to for his hand engraving equipment into a painting box. I still use it now, it has everything I need and comes complete with some very special memories.

07.01.2022 He makes me laugh so much. I was painting in the studio yesterday afternoon and when I turned around Lenny was sitting on the arm of the couch, staring out the window just taking it all in, enjoying the sunshine.

04.01.2022 Sketch book plein air painting in gouache on the once mighty Darling River at Bindara Station, NSW. The kids loved it here, so many hours making things out of mud, leaves and bark. So many trees to climb.

03.01.2022 Day three: It did take all day do get to it but I managed in the end. Todays theme for the challenge is Spice.... its quite literal but I really enjoyed drawing these chillies, maybe it was the glass of wine I had while I was drawing. They even made me smile when I realised I was using my Derwent Pencils my parents gave me when I was a teenager and the kids Tinkerbell sharpener. On my Instagram profile Im currently working though a stage four lockdown challenge. New prompt or theme every day (posted in my story)... just to make sure we spend some time each day doing the things that make us happy. Feel free to follow along or join me in any way shape or form
