It’s easy to focus on what benefits us individually, that’s the reason we’re here right? But it’s also important to understand what all of us a group are trying to achieve. We’re all in it together, walking the ...path with you, not for you. Because without a vision, it becomes more about the individual not the group, and that’s where the problems start. . Mouth guard Mits ( not heavy boxing style gloves ) Shin protector Water bottle Towel Additional protective equipment may also include depending on your requirements Forearm protectors Headgear ( especially for the Little Lions ) Chest guards Groin protectors Remember, this is your training so it’s your job to make sure you bring it with you every night as plans may change.
