C...urrently it is returning normal in Europe, but it is still spreading in America. I dont like to talk about politics. Some countries have terrible situation for coronavirus due to wrong administration of some government. I always hope your safe and health. To get into place where you possibly get virus, not to wear facemask or to failure to prevent infection are not attitude of people who learn Budo. It is said in Japan that Ayaukini Chikayorazu (Stay away from the danger). Keep this word in your mind, please keep your safe from the virus. Hope things return to normal as soon as possible. 05.01.2022 Training releases endorphins in your brain, which in itself makes you feel better. The exercise improves your appearance, and gives you strength you probably dont realize. Every time you jump up in a truck, or lift a box, or carry groceries, your brain notices on some level that its easier than before, that you are more powerful, and that you CAN do it! You stand straighter, walk with a better stride, and project a more confident image, even to yourself. Keep it up, but avoid very heavy weights.
